Mike Sinkula recommended I contact you in regards to teaching a Wordpress class at Central this spring quarter. The quarter begins 4/5/2010 and currently scheduled T/Th 3:30-5:50 for a 5 credit class (though Mike taught it as a 3 credit class, which would lessen the time each day). I want to combine my blogs and website to one place and am considering using the Wordpress platform however I don’t think I can get it set up on my own. A friend shared this site with me http://creativefan.com/24-free-professional-wordpress-photo-gallery-themes/ that has 24 photo gallery themes for wordpress and maybe one of these would work for me.

Once the site is up and working, I’d like to be able to do the updating myself. I’d like it to have one, maybe two blogs, a variety of galleries and an ‘about her’ page. Maybe some other stuff but that’s the bones of it.

So what do you think? Is this something that you do? Any idea how much time this would take, assuming using one of these themes? How much do you charge? Do you barter?
